1. Acceptance

By using RUGCIRCUS Command, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

RUGCIRCUS provides tools for community raids, social promotion, campaign publishing, token discovery, analytics and optional premium promotion. Features may change, be limited, suspended or discontinued without notice.

3. Wallets and Payments

RUGCIRCUS does not take custody of your cryptocurrency. Wallet connections and blockchain transactions are authorized by you through your wallet provider. You are responsible for verifying transaction details, recipient addresses and network fees before signing.

Confirmed blockchain payments are generally non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise.

4. Reward Wall & Payouts

Community rewards are based on the published Reward Wall rules and valid recorded activity. Rankings are reviewed at the end of each 15-day payout period. Eligible rewards are targeted for payment every 15 days. Fraud, duplicate activity, automated traffic, manipulation or invalid activity may be excluded.

Displayed rewards are community incentives, not investment returns or guaranteed income. Reward availability depends on the published pool and eligibility rules.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, fraud, automated abuse, ranking manipulation, impersonation, malicious traffic or attempts to interfere with the service or other users.

6. Third-Party Services

RUGCIRCUS links to wallets, social networks, token markets, advertising partners and blockchain services. Those services have their own terms and policies. RUGCIRCUS does not control or guarantee third-party services.

7. No Financial Advice

Nothing on RUGCIRCUS is financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice. Crypto assets are highly volatile and may lose some or all of their value.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific campaign results, social engagement, token performance or blockchain confirmation times.
